UP: 4 Hindu men held for Bulandshahr temple vandalism

Four Hindu men were held by Uttar Pradesh Police after they vandalised almost a dozen of idols of Hindu deities in four temples in Bulandshahr during the wee hours of June 1.

The incident happened at Baral village in Bulandshahr district.

The four accused were identified as Harish Sharma, Shivam, Keshav and Ajay. All are residents of Baral.

Bulandshahr police SSP Shlok Kumar confirmed that the four accused had been arrested.

Meanwhile, many Hindutva handles deliberately called it an attack on Hindus and claiming that this could be an act of the Muslim community.
