JNU Research Scholar found dead in hostel room
A  Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student was found dead under mysterious environments in his hostel room on Tuesday evening. The PHD student was reportedly missing since the past three days. He was pursing his PhD on the subject of West Asia.A resident of Manipur, J R Philemon Raja, was found dead in the hostel room of the Brahmaputra Hostel, Jawaharlal Nehru University. Further investigation is underway to ascertain the cause of death. JNU has been witnessing huge protests since October 15 when another student, Najeeb Ahmed, had gone missing following a brawl in his hostel.  Najeeb Ahmed had gone missing from the university eleven days ago, after he was beaten up by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad students.
