ICJ orders Israel to prevent, punish genocide incitement
In a historic proceeding, the International Court of Justice directed Israel to ensure its forces do not commit genocide and also ensure the preservation of evidence of alleged genocide. The World Court was delivering its order on the request for the indication of provisional measures submitted by South Africa against Israel for its genocidal war on Gaza.
Israel must take immediate, effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance in the Gaza Strip, the Court told on Friday.
