The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) has opened the application correction window for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025.

The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) has opened the application correction window for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025. Candidates who have already submitted their applications can now make necessary changes by visiting the official website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

The application fee for female, SC, ST, and PwD candidates is Rs 900, while other candidates, including foreign nationals, need to pay Rs 1800. For those who submitted their applications after the original deadline of October 3, a late fee was applied, raising the registration fee to Rs 1400 for female, SC, ST, and PwD candidates, and Rs 2300 for all others.

GATE is a national-level exam that assesses candidates’ understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering, technology, architecture, science, commerce, arts, and humanities. GATE 2025, organized by IIT Roorkee, will be conducted in a computer-based format in February 2025. Mock test links are available on the official website, allowing candidates to familiarize themselves with the exam’s interface.

The admit cards for GATE 2025 are expected to be released in January 2025. The exam will take place on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.
