Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student Rahul Rajkhowa, who recently completed his MA in International Relation addressing the Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the university on the 80% seat cut in M Phil and Ph.D. admissions for 2017-18 in his viral rap video. The 2 minute,  55-second song tells the story of thousands of jnu aspirants after the university decided to cut down the number of M Phil and Ph.D. seats by a shocking percentage. ' The nation needs to know the terrible decision-making skills of the JNU Vice Chancellor, so I decided to write a Rap song against him.
